A beautiful vintage skirt with a ruffled waist and drawstring enclosure for an adjustable fit, pockets at the waist in a lovely, stone blue fabric, which at hip height turns into a lovely purple quilted fabric. There are some marks and overall vintage wear, including some marks on the fabric.
