A rather bewitching garment from Scanlan Theodore! This long sleeve blouse is composed almost entirely of an elastic, shirred fabric with frill trim at the hem and cuffs, puffed shoulders and a high, frilled neckline. Figure hugging with a neo-Victorian/prairie core cut and in excellent pre-loved condition.
