Make a statement at your next formal event, or give full time glamour a go with this incredible dress from American prom label, Portia & Scarlett. This incredible garment features an illusion neckline, whose sheer fabric plunges down to the v-neckline down the just past the waist The bodice is decorated with a mass of sequins in beads to cover the bust. The skirt features opaque lining to around knee height whilst the sheer tulle outer layer blooms out. This garment is in pre-loved condition and some of beads and sequins are missing.
