Fabulous ruffled embellished cap sleeved midi dress from Carla Zampatti. Made form a high-quality black acetate fabric with lovely silk lining, this striking dress has an exquisite, feminine cut and is in excellent condition but does have some missing rows of frills on the left shoulder.
