Antique 9ct Rose Gold Cameo Brooch
A classic cameo brooch, encased in a twisted 9ct gold border. A delicate feminine profile embellished with necklace and earring is at the centre and is overall in good pre-loved condition. There is some antique wear and the back needle has been replaced.
