Sacred Heart Mission Online Op Shop – Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase and to feel confident shopping with us. All our items are pre-loved and described carefully to reflect their unique condition.
1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our online op shop is covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if an item you purchase:

is faulty or damaged,

is not as described in the listing,

or does not match photos or specifications provided.
These rights apply even if the issue appears after delivery, provided it was not caused by misuse or normal wear.
2. Requesting a refund or exchange
If there is a problem with your item, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving it at

Please include your order number, item name and photos if possible.
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please contact us directly before raising a PayPal claim.
Once your return has been received and assessed, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
3. Shipping and return costs

If your item is faulty, significantly different to its description, or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee, Sacred Heart Mission will cover the cost of return shipping and refund any original delivery fees.

If you change your mind or the item does not fit, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or credit. Please choose carefully and check the detailed descriptions, measurements and photos before purchasing.
4. Change-of-mind or sizing
Because we sell unique, second-hand pieces, we’re unable to offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store credits.
We’re always happy to help with additional measurements or condition details before you buy — just reach out to our online team.
5. Click & Collect orders
Click & Collect is available from our Northcote Op Shop.
Orders must be collected within 30 business days. Uncollected items will be refunded and relisted for sale.
6. Condition guide
Every item is graded on a 1–10 scale to reflect its pre-loved condition.
