Refund and Returns Policies for Online op shop

If your item hasn’t arrived, is significantly different to what was described in the listing or is broken or faulty, you can request a refund up to 7 days from the delivery date of your purchase.

A full refund of the original total will be processed once we have received the item.

Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit if our Terms and Conditions have not been met. 

Please do not request a refund via PayPal - you must email us or message via our website if you would like a refund or exchange. 

If the item does not fit or you change your mind, we cannot issue a refund. Please choose carefully and read descriptions before you purchase or email us for assistance. Our staff are ready to help you with your online purchase.

Click and Collect

We offer a click and collect service. If you would like to arrange a click and collect, please choose the click and collect option at checkout.

In line with consumer affairs, all click and collect packages must be collected within 30 business days. Items not collected within that timeframe will be relisted online for sale and refunded.

Please note : Mission Mates points can only be used in store, as with credit vouchers for in store purchases. Thank you
