Perhaps this skirt was a homage to one of our all time favourite movies, Practical Magick, featuring and earthy Sandra Bullock and a fiery Nicole Kidman. Anyway back to the skirt! This is 2018 Romance is Born garment. Worn high, it features an elasticated waist, and is made from a 100% cotton, making it nice and breathable. Tiered frills give this gorgeous skirt movement and dimension and it is in good pre-loved condition,
