Vintage 9ct Gold Sapphire & Diamond Botanical Pattern Ring

An enchanting vintage ring. Perfect for the nature lover, this exquisite ring boasts a round sapphire in a basket setting with silver leaf filigree leaf patterns embellished with three very small diamonds on either side. This item is vintage and is in need of a some love - some of the finer filigree detailing has faded and it could use with a good clean and polish.
