Vintage 60s Tiger Orange Long Crepe Gown - AU 10

A spectacular vintage number, in a wonderful warm tiger orange shade. This is made from crepe from Marchioness. Vest like straps, with one featuring a small bow tie detailing, which then moves into soft layered drapes that move in an angle past the bust before moving back up and in, attaching just beneath the bust, whilst the rest of the fabric drapes elegantly down. This is lined in a soft, silky feeling fabric that looks to to be polyester and has a metal zipper at the back. Made for Cann's in Swanston Street, this dress is true vintage and a small piece of Melbourne's rich textile history.
