Antique Pipes & Belt with 1760 Coin

This was one of the stranger title descriptions we've ever had to written, but this is a strange item. A shortish leather strap with small segments which appear to be to hold the pipes that come with this unique item. One of them is the standard clay pipe, whilst the other is a significantly more embellished bronze looking affair. Studded at the top of this belt like contraption is a coin featuring the late Maria Theresa, and from our research appears to be from 1760!
