Made from a structured maroon cotton printed with white shapes this dress from NZ favourites Kowtow is a triple-tier number of varying lengths and pleats. There is a concealed button down placket at the front and shorts, sleeves with a relaxed fit through the remainder of the body.
- Condition 7.5/10. At first glance this dress is in perfect condition but there are a couple of oily type marks on the front of the middle tier(see photos). Due to the style and pattern these aren't too noticeable but have been considered in the price.
