Antique Victorian Kookaburra Brooch Gilt

An enchanting brooch which we believe is dated from around the Victorian era. In the shape of a Kookaburra, embellished with small turquoise and pearlesque beads, with a small, very light red jewel in the eye. Depicted sitting on a fine branch, this item has the classic brooch fastening along with a smaller safety pin on a fine chain. Made from gilt. This item is antique condition - there is one small pearlesque bead missing, but with a good clean, this will come up beautifully.
