Sheer fabric at the neckline and bust is decorated with a beautiful diamante embellishment which is striking against the blue. Black lace decorates beneath the bust before moving into a skirt with just the right amount of volume, there is a small tulle detailing at the end of the skirt which is fully lined. In great pre-loved condition this is a wonderful party frock.
